Return to Campus Form

Greetings Chatham Hall Families,

I hope this message finds you all well rested after the holidays! You should have heard from your child's advisor that we would be sending a required questionnaire prior to their return to campus in January. A reminder of specific directions and timing for completing the form, depending on the mode of transportation, are given below.

Students who are taking public transportation for any leg of their travel back to Chatham Hall need to arrive on Tuesday, Jan. 5. This group should fill out the form on Sunday, Jan. 3.
Students being driven to school by family (private transportation) will arrive on Sunday, Jan. 10 and must fill out the form on Friday, Jan. 8.
For all other returns/arrivals, please fill the form out exactly 2 days before your arrival to campus.

The timing is important. Please fill this form out on the appropriate date so your child's return to campus can be as smooth as possible!
