The Moderator Nominating Committee (MNC) hosted the third and final Meet the Moderator Candidates Town Hall webinar on 7 May 2019 at 23:00 UTC, featuring Rev. Elder Cecilia Eggleston.

Rev. Eggleston provided an opening statement and then responded to questions asked by those attending. The MNC facilitated the event and continued the question and answer session until the time expired.

The MNC will send remaining unanswered questions to Rev. Eggleston for written responses.

How to Create a Video Recording Transcript
and Subtitles in Language of Choice

YouTube will create a transcript in English as a sidebar script that is displayed in real time as the recording is played.

YouTube will also create subtitles/closed captions by following the steps below.

Hover over the bottom of the video until a tool bar appears.
  1. Click on the Settings Wheel (looks like a cog).
  2. Click on Subtitles/CC. Next, click on English (Auto Generate).
  3. English Subtitles should now appear on the video.
  4. Go back to the Settings Wheel and once again select Subtitles/CC.
  5. This time locate the option - Auto Translate - Click that.
  6. A long list of languages should populate. Select the language of choice.
  7. Click out of the settings window and now the subtitles should display in the language selected.
