This God-infused universe is equipped with amazing powers of regeneration and renewal. Throughout creation there are hidden pockets of renewing life, called "refugia," which are ready to come forth and flourish when conditions are right. Our job is to nourish and support these secret springs. As we do, we are nourished, and empowered to face the difficulties of our days.

Christine Runyan says we have more power than we realize to steady and comfort ourselves in difficult times. But to tap into that power we must learn how to "incline the mind." Fortunately there are simple ways to do so embedded in our very brains, breath, and senses.

Christmas Memorial Video

Christmas is a time of remembering. While many of those memories are joyous, some can be painful, especially for those of us who have experienced personal losses. To honor these memories, we're once again creating --with the help of videographer Michael Kontras-- a memorial video to remember all the loved ones who have blessed our lives and have now passed beyond our sight. If you'd like a dear one's image included in this video, send us an email at: unitydelawareohio@gmail.com. Be sure to include the name of the individual you're honoring, their lifetime dates, and an image file.

Submissions are needed by December 5th.
