"GOING SLOW"

Driving around on our highways, I frequently feel like I'm going faster than I'd like. The tempo of traffic around me, though, seems to prevent any significant shift in speed. I'm sure others feel the same. I'm also sure the highway isn't the only place we're going too fast. Hurriedness is a contagion in our culture. How can we slow it down?
