Have You Completed HFMA's Survey?
Each year HFMA national wants to know how well each chapter is doing at providing value to their members. On behalf of the board and officers of HFMA Philadelphia, we ask that you take some time and provide feedback through this survey. Keep an eye out for an email from HFMA national in your inbox.
We have listened to your past suggestions sent in via the survey and in response over this past year we have:
- Tailored educational programming to engage early careerists as well as seasoned professionals by offering a combined Health Care 101 and Professional Development seminar last winter.
- Continue to improve our Mentoring program helping facilitate connections mentee and mentor relationships.
- Expanded education sessions at seminars to go beyond the health care finance world by exploring important health care topics such as the Opioid Crisis, Employee Engagement, and Women’s Leadership.
- Increased speakers from non-hospital health care backgrounds including physicians and payors.
We are eager to hear your feedback and continue to improve! If you have any questions, want to provide additional feedback to chapter leadership, or get involved with a committee, please contact:
