Exhibitor Resource Center

Find all the information you need to start planning, in the format that works best for you! 

 

  • Use the Exhibitor Resource Centerto find the information you need by topic using the Plan My Booth, Promote My Booth, and Quick Links buttons. 
  • Find everything you need, all in one document, in the Quick Reference Guide. Be sure to review what is and is not included in your booth package.  
  • Stay on top of important deadlines and save/print the Exhibitor Checklist.   
  • Go directly to the Exhibitor Service Kit to order booth services online, find shipping information, and more from the Official General Service Contractor, Freeman. The Discount Price Deadline is Monday, November 11. Additional vendors (electrical, internet, audio-visual, lead retrieval, etc.) are listed on pages 2 and 3 of the Quick Reference Guide 

Hotel Reservations

IHI has a room block at the World Center Marriott at the rate of $269 per night plus applicable taxes. The room block is currently sold out for most dates.Click here to look for rooms and manage your existing reservations. We encourage you to reserve at one of the local hotels outside of the IHI room block:

Beware of Housing Poachers: The World Center Marriott reservation link above is the only official hotel reservation site endorsed by IHI. IHI does not solicit exhibitors and attendees via phone or email to reserve hotel rooms. Reservations made through third-party companies may not be guaranteed. Never provide your hotel confirmation number to a third party. If you have any questions, please contact eharrison@ihi.org.

Booth Design Rules & Regulations

As you are planning your booth design, please review the Guidelines for Booth Display Rules and Regulations. IHI abides by the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Displays Rules and Regulations that outline the standard heights, lengths, and requirements of booths and the “Line-of-Sight” style. Exhibit Installation & Dismantling

Currently Freeman has an agreement with the Local IATSE Union to provide labor for display erection and dismantling. Full-time employees of the exhibiting organizations, however, may set their own exhibits without assistance from this local. Any labor services that may be required beyond what your regular full-time employees can provide, may be rendered by the Union. Labor can be ordered in advance by ordering online or onsite at the service desk. 

Material Handling

Exhibitors may hand-carry their own materials into the exhibit facility. The use or rental of dollies, flat trucks and other mechanical equipment, however, is not permitted. Freeman will control access to the loading docks in order to provide a safe and orderly move-in/out. Only full-time employees of the exhibiting organization will be allowed to hand-carry items. Unloading or reloading at the dock of any and all contracted carriers will be handled by Freeman. 

Exhibitor Badge Registration

Register for your complimentary badges. Please reference the Exhibitor Registration email that was sent to you from Erin Harrison for your allotments and unique Discount Code.


Allotment Info: 

  • One (1) Complimentary General Conference Registration per 10 x 10 / 100 sq. ft. of space 
  • Three (3) Complimentary IHI Forum Hall Only Registrations per 10 x 10 / 100 sq. ft. of space 



General Conference (Tuesday and Wednesday) registration includes access to sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, keynotes, and exhibit hall and all meals in the hall (two lunches and two receptions). 

 

Exhibit Hall Only registration includes access to the exhibit hall and all meals in the hall (two lunches and two receptions and all Forum keynotes).
