Exciting New Opportunity to Trace
Your Heritage from ITS

African Ancestry and the National International Trends and Services Facet invite you on a journey to expand the way you view yourself and Africa by reconnecting to your maternal ancestor’s home on the Continent. A partnership has been created to bring a special curated African Ancestry Experience that began at the National Leadership Summit and culminates in a restorative and empowering reveal ceremony at the National Assembly in New Orleans called Festival of Links.
The Festival of Links is an unprecedented opportunity for each Link member to find their African country and ethnic group/tribe of origin, whether you plan to attend the 2020 National Assembly this summer or not.

  1. Through this experience you will receive more than just a test kit! It includes: Personalized Certificate of Ancestry;
  2. Exclusive access to the African Ancestry Online Community;
  3. The African Ancestry Guide to African History and Culture;
  4. Online trainings and if you are attending the National Assembly, participation in the Festival of Links Reveal Ceremony.

To participate in the African Ancestry Reveal Ceremony, you must purchase and return your Test Kit swabs to African Ancestry by  March 1, 2020 . The cost is $ 269.00.

To find the Links Page on the African Ancestry’s webpage use this link  http://africanancestry.com/new/thelinks.html . There you will find the Links discounted price, options for payment and more information about the Festival of Links.

Warm Wishes and Prayers

Please extend your well wishes to Link Mary Dunaway and Dr. Richard Kumi on their marriage last month. We look forward to welcoming Connecting Link Richard to the Arlington Chapter family.

Also, as Link Mary returns to Virginia later this month, please keep her 105 year old grandmother, Beulah Houston, in your prayers. Beulah lives in Jonesboro, Louisiana and was recently moved to hospice care.
