Dish has recently made modifications to the way they accept and process returns which has prompted Marceco to make necessary changes to accommodate Dish's new methods. All these changes impact our Dealer community.
This training will review all the important changes in the returns process that all Dealers need to observe to properly process returns to Marceco including new required fields and labeling changes in the Dealer Ordering Portal>Make a Return process flow.
