In this venue, we wanted to focus on tenant buyout agreements, which may be an attractive option when there are no legal or convenient means to evict. 


The value of having a tenant voluntarily vacate should be readily apparent, but tenant buyouts can be tricky in terms of procedural requirements, drafting a legally compliant contract, and having a constructive dialogue with a tenant about a chapter change in their lives.


Of course, we don't want to break the bank when escorting them out.
