The following revocations were recommended by the BBB Accreditation Committee and subsequently approved by the BBB Executive Committee on June 25, 2025.
The company below did not comply with the BBB standards, also listed below:
Ezee Fiber Texas LLC
6D. Cooperate with BBB in efforts to eliminate the underlying cause of patterns of customer complaints that are identified by BBB.
Specifically, in 2023, Ezee Fiber was presented to the BBB Accreditation Committee for possible revocation due to a new story in a KHOU-TV Channel 11 story that featured a consumer who stated their yard was severely damaged due to Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC's work, necessitating $14,000 in repairs. An additional complaint and customer review cited similar issues. At that time, BBB staff met with the company and discussed their issues and was assured they were working to resolve all the issues. Unfortunately, the company continues to receive complaints following the same pattern of damaging consumer’s property. Complaints and customer reviews state the company needs to come back out and complete the repairs correctly. Currently, the BBB has received reports of concerning door-to-door sales practices conducted by the company. In 2025, there was a Houston Chronicle article again mentioning damage caused by the company’s fiber optic installations. BBB Accredited Businesses and their owners are required to maintain a favorable public image and cooperate in addressing and resolving issues with their customers.
