Reynolda House is Temporarily Closed
We continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and to prioritize the safety of our visitors, staff, students, and volunteers.
In an effort to reduce the number of people in the museum and slow the transmission of COVID-19, Reynolda House has closed to members of the public effective the end of day today, March 13. Over the coming days, we will continue to assess and review options for when we can re-open to the public and we will be sure to keep you updated.
We ask for your understanding as we also cancel or postpone the remainder of our scheduled public programming until further notice. The exhibition
Tiffany Glass: Painting with Color and Light,
scheduled to open on March 28, will be postponed.
We understand museums are community spaces, and we appreciate your understanding as we undertake this difficult and carefully considered decision to mitigate the spread of the virus in our community.
The gardens and grounds of Reynolda will remain open for visitors to find respite for mind and body. Feel free to reach out to us at
with any questions.
