Updates and Resources from Rhode Island PBS Education Services
October Greetings
We hope that you all had a successful September. It certainly was busy around here! Thank you to everyone who came to see us at the Back-to-School Educator Celebration, WaterFire for Recovery, and Opioids in Our Community Educator Workshop.

We have also been working on new resources for Rhode Island PBS LearningMedia about the Renaissance, local museums, and marine science. We'll make sure to let you know as soon as they are published! Please forward this email to educators who might be interested in these resources so they can also sign up for Education News.

It's time to start thinking about National History Day. Are you preparing with your students? Those who are considering the performance category might appreciate Lin-Manuel Miranda's perspective in Hamilton's America | Adapting History into Musical Theater on PBS LearningMedia.
