Hello friends!

A natural and creative way to feel healthier and happier...
Did you know that experiencing a sense of ‘awe’ is a proven way to give your health and happiness a boost? Observing the wonders of art and nature are two of the few ways to get a daily dose of awe, and we’re very fortunate to live in a region with a great deal of both.

These next two weeks are going to be 'AWE'some!
This week and next we'll focus on awe by celebrating local art and nature during adventures at Rhoneymeade and Downtown State College. Together we'll get inspired by art and nature as we explore sculptures and murals by a variety of artists helping to make our community a vibrant and beautiful place to live, work, and play!

Don't miss yoga and more wellness activities on Sunday!
In addition to guided hikes this Sunday, July 3 at Rhoneymeade, Stephanie Koller with The Weather Vein will also lead and facilitate wellness activities, including Qi-Yoga, and nature-inspired self-guided activities. Be sure to read the event details below to learn about these amazing activities intended to help you slow down and enhance your mindfulness and appreciation for the natural world around you. There is no cost to participate in the activities.

Let's get some fresh air AND inspiration this week!
