The MT Company began in 1983 with the launch of the Michael Thomas collection. The intent with this first collection was to create custom upholstery that was built on the foundation of impeccable quality and exquisite tailoring.
Today The MT Company is still family owned and operated. Collectively it comprises six core collections with 10 programs each created to address a unique customer and her individual style.

MICHAEL THOMAS COLLECTION
The heritage of The MT Company is rooted in the
Michael Thomas collection. Now over 30 years later, the foundation of the collection is still comprised of classic styles built with impeccable quality, fine tailoring, and well thought out details. This proud tradition of excellence allows for the design of timeless pieces that are intended for the traditional upscale customer who appreciates the finer details.
In addition to numerous sofas and large sectional styles, the collection also includes small to large club chairs, swivel chairs, swivel rockers, accent chairs, upholstered desks, cocktail tables, console tables, and end tables.

DANA GIBSON COLLECTION
The Dana Gibson Collection is all about originality, quality, and style. Her style is chic, lively and it offers a one-of-a-kind design aesthetic that can translate into any home. Awash in color, this upholstery collection includes sectionals, beds, accent chairs, and ottomans. All furniture within this collection is made from only the finest materials and reflects Dana's keen interest in centuries old traditions, seamlessly woven with what is modern and today.
Dana believes "Each room is a living piece of art, and as art, should refresh and inspire." Numerous custom accents and fabric choices including Dana's bold and colorful fabric collection by Stroheim allow you to truly personalize these pieces

MIDNIGHT GARDEN
The wonder and romance of nature inspires a journey deep into the forest where a moonlit kingdom of lush flora and fauna enchants your senses and captivates the imagination. Welcome to
Midnight Garden.
The patterns in this transcendent new print collection draw their inspiration from romantic naturalism, a belief that nature itself is a work of art. The designs depict nature with reverence and mystery: soaring birds, colossal foliage, and exotic flowers abound.
Historic French and English documents served as inspiration for the exclusive patterns in the Midnight Garden collection. Elements were adapted from their motifs and fanciful color schemes drawn in. The results are patterns that celebrate the beauty of natural elements and give them a fantastical twist.

Scalamandré celebrates all things green and growing in its new collection of textiles and trimmings -- Botanica. Floral and foliage patterns, a long-time signature of Scalamandré, are interpreted as linen prints, plush cut velvets, and intricate embroideries, all translated with a modern eye. Classic chintzes are brought up to date with neutral colorations and chic silhouettes. Exotic palampores are redefined in clear colors and hand stitched effects.
