What is now The MT Company began in 1983 with the launch of the Michael Thomas collection. The intent with this first collection was to create custom upholstery that was built on the foundation of impeccable quality and exquisite tailoring.
Today The MT Company is still family owned and operated. Collectively it comprises six core collections with 10 programs each created to address a unique customer and her individual style.

The heritage of The MT Company is rooted in the Michael Thomas collection. Now over 30 years later, the foundation of the collection is still comprised of classic styles built with impeccable quality, fine tailoring, and well thought out details.  This proud tradition of excellence allows for the design of timeless pieces that are intended for the traditional upscale customer who appreciates the finer details.

In addition to numerous sofas and large sectional styles, the collection also includes small to large club chairs, swivel chairs, swivel rockers, accent chairs, upholstered desks, cocktail tables, console tables, and end tables.

The Dana Gibson Collection is all about originality, quality, and style. Her style is chic, lively and it offers a one-of-a-kind design aesthetic that can translate into any home. Awash in color, this upholstery collection includes sectionals, beds, accent chairs, and ottomans. All furniture within this collection is made from only the finest materials and reflects Dana's keen interest in centuries old traditions, seamlessly woven with what is modern and today.

Dana believes "Each room is a living piece of art, and as art, should refresh and inspire." Numerous custom accents and fabric choices including Dana's bold and colorful fabric collection by Stroheim allow you to truly personalize these pieces .

With a colorful sense of modern elegance and a nod to fashion, Lee Jofa's third collection from Oscar de la Renta reflects an eclectic sensibility and the essence of Mr. de la Renta's style: always distinctive and exceptionally chic. The collection pays homage to Mr. de la Renta's incredible flair for mixing styles, creating an exclusive collection of sophisticated and timeless fabrics and wallcoverings.

Bonheur brings the essence of the greatest Parisian ateliers to the interior market. A symbolic backbone, 31 Rue Cambon, the birthplace of the Chanel brand, has been a thriving temple of haute couture since 1909, revered by all in the fashion world. Bonheur is a collection inspired by iconic boucle jackets and celebrated colour combinations. Always expressive and playful, classic designs are reinvented in true Zinc fashion, sprinkled with a powder room palette of pastels, vivacious colour and perennial neutrals.

Design favorites for the sartorial gentleman, this slick collection finds inspiration in the suited and booted world of men's fashion; London's iconic Savile Row. An archetypal window pane check, structured pinstripe, distinctive houndstooth and modern paisley, pay homage to the tailors choice of classic designs. Tactile qualities; super soft chenille, rustic wool and rich velvet are colored in a suave palette of masculine tones. The  Sartorial collection personifies tradition and craftsmanship, reimagined for the modern clientele of the interiors market.

Specialist velvets of the highest quality are at the core of the Mulliner capsule collection. Traditional weaving techniques are combined with bold design and contemporary coloring to offer an unmistakably Zinc look. Shot effects add drama to both a metallic silk weave and a velvet ottoman whilst a beautifully matte cotton velvet adds gentle contrast. Bold, densely woven velvet rectangles, form a geometric design that unites this collection of eminently usable qualities, all offered in a neutral palette with flashes of rich color.

This collection of textural designs derives from the appealing finishes achieved by sculptors. Redolent of unhewn stone, oxidised metal and polished marble, this collection prizes texture over colour resulting in rugged, chunky and comfortable qualities designed to be lived with and loved. A natural palette of earthy hues gives Form a feeling of sensuous comfort creating an undeniably relaxed collection.

Introducing the bright stars of the future and an 'encore' to top performers of the past, Teatro stages a heady mix of designs that epitomise and expand the much-loved spirit of Zinc. The Teatro collection encompasses exciting qualities; including foiled, pleated velvet and lightweight quirky asymmetric designs that play with the light to steal the show.

The wonder and romance of nature inspires a journey deep into the forest where a moonlit kingdom of lush flora and fauna enchants your senses and captivates the imagination. Welcome to Midnight Garden.

The patterns in this transcendent new print collection draw their inspiration from romantic naturalism, a belief that nature itself is a work of art. The designs depict nature with reverence and mystery: soaring birds, colossal foliage, and exotic flowers abound.

Historic French and English documents served as inspiration for the exclusive patterns in the Midnight Garden collection. Elements were adapted from their motifs and fanciful color schemes drawn in. The results are patterns that celebrate the beauty of natural elements and give them a fantastical twist.

Scalamandré celebrates all things green and growing in its new collection of textiles and trimmings -- Botanica. Floral and foliage patterns, a long-time signature of Scalamandré, are interpreted as linen prints, plush cut velvets, and intricate embroideries, all translated with a modern eye. Classic chintzes are brought up to date with neutral colorations and chic silhouettes. Exotic palampores are redefined in clear colors and hand stitched effects. Intertwining leaves and vines grace luxurious velvets and embroidered linens. Refined and elegant tapes, braids and tassel fringes provide the finishing touches, in a pretty garden-derived palette. These botanically inspired fabrics bring the outdoors in, and let any interior bloom with joyous pattern and color.
