Good Morning!

We are so excited for you to be joining us for the Richland Vintage & Toy Fest. We are 1 week away from the event and we wanted to send out some info about the event setup!

The event runs from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Load in can start at 5:30 AM. You will pull to the back of the store and we will direct you where to park to unload. After you unload, we ask that you move your car to the designated parking area.*

Spaces are roughly 10’ X 10’ in size. We will not have any chairs, tables or tents, you must bring your own!

If you have any questions at all, please reach out to us. We are not at the store on Mondays and Tuesdays, so the best way to get a quick response is always to email/Facebook message.

Below is a map to familiarize yourself with the set-up. If it is easier, you are welcome to park in the parking area and carry items to your vendor space. ALSO – We will be there the night before. If you are local and would like to set your tent up the night before, you are welcome to do so.

The success of this type of event relies on getting the word out. Continue to share the event with your friends/families/contacts! We are over 100 vendors at this point and are so excited.
