Editorial Notes
Welcome to our November 2016 newsletter. A lot has happened since I last wrote, we finally opened our new premises in High Point, NC, which will serve as our U.S operations base, show rooms and event space.
I am pleased to welcome two new staff members, Warehouse Manager Chris Rispoli and Jerry Leeman who heads up NC coastal sales.
We kicked off our soft opening in partnership with Belgian furniture manufacturers BuzziSpace during High Point's October 'Fall" market and joint-hosted a party event for the Association of Interior Designers (ASID) which was a lot of fun. We are open by appointment only so feel free to call me on the number below if you'd like to stop by our showrooms. My thanks to all those who helped prepare and furnish our building.
SIGNED RELEASES FOR THE HOLIDAYS
A recent visit to our premises by winemaker Wynand Grobler saw him sign several bottles of The Bridge, which is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made using old bush vines, each 2014 vintage bottle individually numbered and labelled with a maximum of 2700 made; and our 'Road to Santiago' Natural Ferment Semillon, also a 2014 vintage. Each one of these comes in its own wooden box. The Semillon is made using 111 year old vines and our winemaker, Wynand Grobler managed to produce 840 bottles of this stunning and critically acclaimed wine. He also signed some of our delicious Paulina's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon which comes in a limited edition black tube. All three of these wines will make amazing gifts for you or friends during the holiday season.

THANKSGIVING WINE PAIRING IDEAS
J.DE TELMONT GRANDE RESERVE N.V CHAMPAGNE
This delicious Cuvee pairs amazingly well with a traditional roasted turkey and trimmings, and is equally 'at home' with roasted oysters.
A balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, Telmont's Grand Reserve is a beautifully delicate wine that oozes class and distinction, at an affordable price.
RICKETY BRIDGE FOUNDATION STONE RED BLEND 2014
Our versatile Rhone style Shiraz based blend works as well with traditional fare such as pork, turkey and bacon dishes. The wine is a blend of Shiraz, Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault and Tannat, providing the perfect balance and smoothness, with no harsh edges.
Both wines are available from most Rickety Bridge retailers (see 'stockists' tab on our website), www.ricketybridgewineryusa.com and if you're located outside of North Carolina we can ship via one of our retailers.
