Neighbors Helping Neighbors Celebration

During the month of February, the Village of Clemmons sponsors a month-long campaign of Neighbors Helping Neighbors – an educational and collection campaign for the Clemmons Food Pantry. Each week includes a theme focused on the needs of the Clemmons Food Pantry.

On Saturday, February 25, a celebration will be held at the Clemmons Food Pantry located at 2660 Neudorf Road from 1 – 3PM. The theme of the day, “We Choo-Choo-Choose to help our community” reflects one of the main attractions – a ride on the Triad Express kid’s train! Rides will be available in exchange for donated non-perishable foods or monetary donations for the pantry.

Everyone is invited to tour the facility, as well as explore a wide variety of volunteer opportunities. Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Clemmons Community Police Officers will be on hand for a meet and greet. The Clemmons Fire Department will also be onsite with the Vintage Fire Truck. Kaveman Dogs and Mama Mia’s Italian Ice will also be available for purchase.
