Dress your best, have your photo taken and you could win a Gift Card for the Prospector Theater. Register and get your photo taken during the morning session (10 am-12 pm) or the afternoon session (2-4 pm). Both sessions are judged together. Winners will be notified Monday, August 7.

TMNT & DC Super Hero Girls Ozobot Hour

Get Inked with Henna

In the ancient art of mehndi, henna dye is applied to your skin to create intricate, temporary tattoo patterns with significant and often spiritual meaning. Henna tattooing uses a brown plant-based dye that tends to last two weeks or so before it starts to take on a faded appearance.

Learn the basics of tarot! These brief (30 minute), informal sessions will give a basic overview of tarot including some history, myths and misconceptions. The session, plus informational handouts will give a foundation to begin reading a simple three-card spread that looks at the past, present and future! No registration necessary. Since the release of Dungeons & Dragons in 1974, the world of Role Playing Games has expanded from dungeon crawling fantasy to any genre you can think of, dozens of different play styles, across massive shared worlds on computers to single person journaling games. What does the term even mean, and what games live in the shadows of D&D? Join Game Master Brian Rogers for an informative session on RPGs.

Tabletop RPG Demo

Randolph Board Room


Game Master Brian Rogers will give a demonstration on role playing games using the FATE system document and your imagination. Genre, concept and characters will be improvised on the spot for a quick one-hour demo of how being a player in a tabletop RPG works. Intended for people who are interested in learning from the ground up, not for experienced players.

Main Program Room


Adults ages 18+ are invited to join us for the RidgeCon adaptation of our adults-only tabletop gaming experience offered by the Ridgefield Library. Tabletop games mean anything from card games to dice games, board games to strategy games. You are welcome to bring a game and play, learn a new game, borrow a game from our collection to take home, or just observe! The RidgeCon team will be on hand to teach a variety of games. Drinks and snacks are provided. Alcohol will only be served to those ages 21+ with a valid ID.



Registration is not required, but encouraged to ensure there is enough space and snacks for everyone.
