On Monday, May 22, 2023, Ridgeland Elementary School held its Kindergarten and 5^th Grade promotion ceremonies in front of a full house of loving parents, family members, and proud educators. The well-dressed honorees shared speeches and songs before receiving their certificates and well wishes from the RES staff.

Hardeeville Kindergarten and 5th Grade Promotion Ceremonies

On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, Hardeeville Elementary School held its Kindergarten and 5^th Grade promotion ceremonies in front of a full house of loving parents, family members, and proud educators. The well-dressed honorees shared speeches and songs before receiving their certificates and well wishes from the HES staff.

Student Film Premiered

Students in Mr. Shane King's Digital Art and Design: Design 1 at the Career and Advanced Technology Education (CATE) Center, invited their fellow students to view a film they created this semester. The students worked within a group setting to complete every stage of making the short film: concept, storyboards, filming, acting, sound (effects and music) and editing. The genre of the film was open for the students to decide as a group. 

Congratulations to Jenifer Aguilar, Eilio Cordova, Gilberto Guevara, Anthony Lopez Guevara, Fernando Silverio and Isabell Swims for producing the film. 

Hopefully, we see more from them in the future!
