Finding a happy memory and then really soaking it up, feeling the goodness that comes from the memory, can change your mood, elevate your spirit and change your behavior.

EVERYONE is invited to a Community Lantern Walk in Canmore and Banff. Please see the poster for details. Invite your friends, family and neighbors and enjoy an evening winter walk!




Bell Let's Talk Day is on January 29th
Mental Health affects us all!

On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every applicable text, call, tweet, social media video view and use of their Facebook frame or Snapchat filter! See below for details!!

Each time you use the Bell Let’s Talk Facebook frame or watch our official video, Bell will donate 5¢ towards Canadian mental health initiatives.

Each time you watch our official video on Instagram, Bell will donate 5¢ towards Canadian mental health initiatives.

Right from the Start is a Mental Health Capacity Building Program. We are a team of Success Coaches at Banff Elementary School, Lawrence Grassi Middle School, Alpenglow School and Elizabeth Rummel School. We offer Universal Mental Health Education and Support to all children teachers and families.
