I Timothy 2:1-4 (KJV) I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
Key Thought: Repentance for God’s people in Israel and the United States for not following the directions given in I Timothy 2:1-4 to pray for all men and for leaders in places of authority.

Father God in the name, blood and authority of Yeshua the Mashiach (Jesus the Christ), we cry out to you for righteous governmental leaders in Israel and the United States. We repent for neglecting to pray for the people You have chosen and established. O LORD forgive and enable all in Your nations to abide in the Holy and reverential fear of You, Jehovah our Elohim. During this transition of government, we ask for mercy and for You to raise up Your scepter of righteousness over Your nations. May our leaders do judgment and justice.

Repentance and grace for the Body of Christ. We ask forgiveness that in times past we have criticized those in authority instead of crying out to You for Your intervention in their lives and for them to walk in Your truth.
Pray the Church would pray without ceasing for the salvation of all men.
Leviticus 19:14-15 (KJV) Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am Jehovah. Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.
Repentance for our leaders who have sinned by enthroning dishonor, and unrighteous judgmental practices over the US and/or Israel
Pray the men and women God raises up to be rulers in this hour would rule in righteousness and in the fear of the Lord

Repentance and a cry for conviction for God’s people and rulers who are indifferent to evil
Pray the Church and Israel would fear the LORD and hate what God hates and love what God loves.
I Kings 10:9 (KJV) Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because the LORD loved Israel forever, therefore made He thee king, to do judgment and justice.
Proverbs 8:20 (KJV) I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment.
Pray each person chosen by God would follow His leading in the way of righteousness
Pray God would set those He delights in to be the rulers that would do His judgment and His justice.
Hebrews 1:8-9 (KJV) But unto the Son He saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness and hated iniquity: therefore God, even Thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows.
Repentance for the peoples/rulers in the US & Israel who have not hated iniquity
Pray God would grant Israel & the US leaders who will extend His scepter of righteousness over these nations
Psalm 85:9-10 (KJV) Surely His salvation is near them that fear Him: that glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other
Micah 6:8 (KJV) He hath showed thee, O man, what is good: and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.
Repentance for God’s people who have not done justly, loved mercy and walked in humility
Prayer for His people to fear Him and for His glory to dwell in our land
Jeremiah 33:8-9 (KJV) And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against Me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against Me. And it shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise and an honor before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure unto it.
Pray God would cleanse and pardon the United States and Israel
Pray God would restore His goodness to our nations that all the world would see the prosperity He brings to a people who have received forgiveness from sin through the Blood of the Lamb.

Do you see repentance as vital for our times? To our knowledge National Day of Repentance is the only Christian ministry focusing solely on personal and national repentance in every nation and applying it in our lives.

In Luke 8:3 we see three women who understood the mighty move of God in front of them and wished to provide "from their substance." The Lord Jesus tells us in John 14:12 that he who believes in Him will do greater works for the Kingdom because He is now with the Father. We believe this move of repentance, starting in Africa, is such a work.
