Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
On this Yom Kippur, holy to the Living God, it's a wonderful time, jew and gentile, to search our minds and hearts for our blocks to God's remarkable character, including His righteousness. That RIGHTEOUSNESS and kindness of God leads people to repentance (Romans 2:4). To share the gospel we need to represent His righteousness ( 2 Corinthians 5:21) and bear the fruit of kindness to open hearts.
Jesus permitted John the Baptist to baptise Him to fulfill God's perfect Plan: " Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." (Matthew 3: 15).
That combination of repentance and salvation was a gift for all humankind: "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Youth in Africa are now doing this! Having repented, having received the indwelling Holy Spirit, having learned their unique callings (John 15:16), now proceeding in unity as a Jesus team, they're connecting with neighbors or strangers in the marketplace, running through the Open Gate that LORD has provided. Hundreds of salvations are coming in weekly from these youth, now especially active in Zambia and Malawi.
These young people, touched by the Lord, (as are many all over the planet touched by Charlie Kirk's murder), are fulfilling Jesus' prophecy in John 14: 12: " Most assuredly, I say to you he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father." These works are now greater in number and scope; the works are ALL because of Jesus.
But they need your help, just as those women mentioned in Luke 8:3 helped finance Jesus' ministry.
