September 4, 2020

Dear Seniors and Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2021,

The Ring Mass for the Class of 2021 will take place on Thursday, September 17 at 6:00 pm in the auditorium at Archbishop Carroll High School. All members of the senior class will be recognized and are invited to attend, regardless of whether or not a school ring was purchased.

Due to the PA Department of Health Guidelines and the school limitations for visitors in our Reopening Plan, the event will be restricted for members of the senior class only. The Ring Mass will be live-streamed so that parents, guardians, and friends may celebrate this occasion from home for the safety of the students. A link to the live-stream will be sent out prior to the event, and will be also available via our website.

Any student who was unable to pick up a class ring in June should pick up his/her ring in the Office of Student Affairs on September 9. Rings will be blessed during the Mass.

Students attending the Mass should arrive at Carroll in the same process as they would normally arrive for school daily. Since seniors will be leaving school and returning for the Mass, they will need to fill out the COVID Screening Questionnaire prior to arrival, as they normally would for school. Seniors should park in the West Lot and enter through the cafeteria where their temperature will be taken upon arrival. Please arrive at 5:00 pm so that there is time to complete this process.

Uniforms are not required, but students should be dressed appropriately for Mass. Suggestions for dress code include dress pants, a collared shirt, and tie for gentlemen and modest tops, skirts, dresses, or dress pants for ladies.

We look forward to sharing this special evening with the members of the Class of 2021.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Allison Papantoniou
Assistant Principal for Student Affairs and Athletics
