4 Week Forward Program - Fridays 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. March 27, April 3 (Closed Good Friday) April 17 and April 24, 2020.
Cost: $160+HST
4 Week Defensive Program - Fridays 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. March 27, April 3 (Closed Good Friday) April 17 and April 24, 2020.
Cost: $160+HST
Both programs will have a 1:5 Instructor to student ratio and will focus on the following:
- Skill development and technique refinement: checking, accurate and effective passing, shooting
- Offensive strategies, including deking and sniper goal-scoring techniques.
- Defensive strategies, including body positioning, channelling and dominating the triangle.
Private / "Bring a Friend" Semi-Private Lessons
We will be also offering 45 minute private lessons and "bring a friend" semi-private lessons at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. These lessons can be customized to the player's individual areas of improvement and are ideal for upcoming tryouts.
Cost:
- "Bring a friend" semi-private lessons $45+HST each player.
