Happy New Year, everyone! This is an extra-special one as we ring in a new decade. Before we focus on the future, let’s take a look at our 2019 accomplishments.

As you may recall, the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay embarked on a new strategic plan in 2017. We maintained our mission - to ensure no one has to face crisis alone - but created four strategic pillars that help the organization achieve its mission.

Empowering Students to Make Their Mental Health a Priority

Over the past year, the Crisis Center’s Suicide Prevention Care Coordinators have been expanding their community involvement by getting into high schools to present on suicide prevention. After one of these presentations, Britney, one of our care coordinators, was approached by a student named Rachel.

Schedule Your Tour of CC's House
Nestled in the heart of South Tampa is CC's House, a discrete trauma counseling office that helps individuals and families reduce trauma symptoms.

We are now offering tours on Fridays at this location so the community can see the welcoming environment and privacy provided to all clients. To schedule your tour, call (813) 605-0124 to speak to LaShonda Jordan, the Office Manager at CC's House.
Check Your Mailbox for Your Tax Donation Letter
If you made a donation to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay in the 2019 calendar year, be sure to check your mailbox later this month. Tax letters will be in the mail by the end of January with all of the information you need for filing.
