Get to know the Communications Action Team: 
Christina Lauderdale
an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, is an experienced information privacy professional with a focus on privacy compliance and management. Ms. Lauderdale is knowledgeable in drafting and evaluating privacy and cybersecurity policies, implementing National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, investigating privacy incidents and breaches, conducting privacy maturity assessments, providing regulatory guidance, facilitating privacy training, and standing up privacy programs. Ms. Lauderdale is skilled in coordinating and working with intragovernmental and public-private partnership organizations. Currently, Ms. Lauderdale leads a team of privacy professionals and oversees various aspects of project management. Christina holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law and Society with a minor in Global Affairs from George Mason University.

Christine DiGirolamo
a Technology Risk Program Manager at Fidelity Investments, is an experienced risk professional with a focus on IT operations and service management. Ms. DiGirolamo provides a risk service to Fidelity’s infrastructure and incident operations teams through various projects, disaster recovery tests, internal and external audits. Currently, Ms. DiGirolamo manages the ISO 20000 audit certification. Christine holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University, and a dual Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and International Affairs with a minor in Spanish from the University Of New Hampshire.

Meet Ups
RLF regional Meet Ups provide an opportunity for professionals working in Cyber and STEM related fields to meet in casual networking environments to facilitate professional development and career path expansion. Extending invitations to both existing RLF members and professional contacts outside of the EWF network, the Meet Ups bring like-minded women together to share ideas and build trusted relationships.

Podcasts
The podcast team is excited to provide a forum to discuss diverse and current topics within the context of information security, risk management, privacy, and women in IT. We aim to meet monthly to put together content which will be publicly available every other month. Some of the topics we will explore include Cyber Crimes, Work Life Balance, Communicating with Impact, Book Reviews, etc.

Speaker Series
The Speaker Series action team seeks to inspire Rising Leaders to share insight on personal and career development through public speaking and to learn how to effectively communicate their message to a greater audience.

Advocacy
The Advocacy team seeks to promote and advance millennial women in cyber, privacy, and risk by providing opportunities for growth and exposure.

Rising Leaders Experience
The Rising Leaders Experience mission is to support the professional growth, development and connection of millennial women within the EWF community through a 6 month leadership program.

Virtual Conversations
The mission of Virtual Conversations is to bring meaningful topics that generate discussions amongst millennial women and advocates via a virtual web series. Virtual Conversations connects Rising Leaders, as well as individuals inside and outside the EWF community, while providing tools and inspiration for continued growth and development.
Conference Update:
The 2019 EWF RLF conference session will allow all the action teams to showcase their hard work in the past year! Each action team will have 3-4 minutes to highlight what’s been done, what’s coming next, and any call to action.
