December's question: This year, which department(s) registered volunteers to assist with holiday-themed events?
Answer: All of the above! University Museums, Reiman Gardens, 4H, Athletics, and Student Engagement all registered volunteers for holiday-themed events in 2023.
Reiman Gardens registered 200 volunteers for Winter Wonderscape. According to Kimberly Hope, manager of volunteer engagement, events like Winter Wonderscape would not be possible without the support of their community of volunteers, which includes many Iowa State students, staff, alumni, and retired professionals.
We received 251 responses. Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to our winner, Samantha Reinier.
