About the Program

The Domestic Violence Protection Act provides that domestic violence restraining orders may be renewed but provides little guidance on when requests for renewal should be granted. Come learn about the process of renewing a DV restraining order and the applicable standard under Ritchie v. Konrad, along with case updates about the Domestic Violence Protection Act.
