TriDistrict Informational Meeting with Area Businesses
  • Do you need help expanding your customer service, marketing, communications, and advertising services & support?

  • Would you benefit from new views and perspectives on serving your customers and clients, and have the personnel to act on it?

If either of these sounds interesting to you, or if you'd like to learn more, please join Ben Kusch, Lead Designer of the TriDistrict Career and College Readiness Initiative and Director of the TriDistrict CAPS with the River Heights and Dakota County Regional Chambers of Commerce, as they facilitate a virtual conversation aimed at helping our community business partners leverage the power of the chambers' relationships with local schools to support their businesses.

We will be joined by a local business partner and the intern that they hosted this past spring (photo credit: Rihm Kenworth). Together, they will share how this unique and rewarding collaboration worked for them, and how it can work for you, too.

Please join us on Tuesday, August 25th OR Thursday, August 27th from Noon - 12:30 to learn more about how engaging with the TriDistrict can generate energy, action, and excitement for your business.

This is a FREE event and all are welcome and encouraged to log on and learn more about these opportunities.

Firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work for. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.

This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.

“The firms on this list represent the best workplaces in the accounting profession,” said Accounting Today Editor-in-Chief Daniel Hood. “They are outstanding places to build a career.”

Share Your Business With Us By Video
Make your own 15-20 second video and share it with us at the Chamber!

Here's how:

1. Record your video in Landscape mode (horizontally)
2. Record in a quiet place if possible (limit background noise)
3. Message - Hi, my name is ABC with XYZ company. Our company does XYZ. Add in a positive thing/message you are doing during this time and/or a way people can connect with you (website or other contact info).
4. Save the video on a Google drive and share it with Nicole here
(Please note: the video file may be too big to email directly so saving it to a file sharing spot like Google Drive or Dropbox first is helpful to send us a link to download the file itself).
