Inver Grove Brewing Opening in September
Inver Grove Brewing
9051 Buchanon Trail

Lakeville Brewing Co LLC, which is opening Inver Grove Brewing, is locally owned and managed by Glen and Kate Bruestle, and Don and Megan Seiler, along with Head Brewer Taylor Quill. The Bruestles and the Seilers, who have lived in Lakeville since 2007, wanted to repurpose an existing retail space for their newest brewery and restaurant offering.

After careful consideration, they chose a former restaurant space in Inver Grove Heights, and are remodeling and adding an outdoor patio seating. “The location that we found in IGH is ideal for the next brewery in the state,” says owner Don Seiler. “Our brewery is a destination, and you won’t have to drive to St. Paul to find a good local brewery any longer. It’s the perfect business at the perfect location.”
