Thank you to everyone who joined us for Let’s Do Lunch at Mallards Restaurant & Lounge in Inver Grove Heights on May 14. It was great sharing a meal, conversation, and connections with you.

Ambassadors Regina Barr, Shary Miranda and Branson Smith, had a fantastic visit to The Yards and Backyards Apartments in South St. Paul, a standout development that blends modern living with the city’s historic stockyard roots. The experience began with a warm (but windy!) welcome at the iconic bull mascot out front—a nod to the area’s heritage and a fun, memorable photo moment! 

Inside, the building impressed with its upscale design and thoughtfully curated amenities. Highlights included the stunning rooftop deck with fire pits, grills, and sweeping views—an ideal space for residents to relax or entertain. The creative maker’s space (craft room) also stood out, offering a unique, hands-on area for hobbies and community connection. 

Additional features like the sky lounge, fitness centers, golf simulator, and inviting common areas showcased a lifestyle-focused approach to apartment living with something for everyone. Plus, these apartments are pet-friendly and include a pet spa and grooming room!  

The Yards and Backyards Apartments truly deliver a vibrant, amenity-rich environment making this a great place to call home.
