Join the Eagan Kick Start Rotary Club and the River Heights Chamber of Commerce for an evening of clay shooting, camaraderie, and community impact.

Whether you're an experienced shooter or new to the sport, this event offers a fun and memorable experience for individuals, teams, businesses, and community supporters. Proceeds from this event will help support community programs, leadership initiatives, youth development, local service projects, and economic growth efforts throughout the Eagan and River Heights communities.

2026 Summer Food Truck Festival

10+ Food Trucks, Music, Beer, & Fun!

Wednesday, July 15 & Friday, August 14, 5-8 p.m.

Location: Rich Valley Athletic Complex

Join us for these fun-tastic annual events! Stop by Rich Valley to purchase a snack, sweet treat, or dinner from a variety of local food vendors! A beer vendor will also be on site (ages 21+, cash only). We'll have live music entertainment, and family-friendly activities. The events are free to attend, but the food trucks will charge for their menu items.

The Concert in the Park series is a summer celebration of music, community, and connection. Events take place on Wednesday evenings July 15 and August 5 at Jefferson Park (2nd St. & 21st Ave).

Live music runs 6:00–7:30 PM, with a food truck festival, kids’ activities, and a local marketplace from 4:00–7:30 PM.
