NOTE FROM OUR TEAM
Our Student Ministry Team has been working hard on plans to have students begin to safely regather in the days and weeks ahead including new systems for safety and best practices in accordance with federal, state, local and church leadership guidelines. All students are welcome to join us at any time.

GATHERING RULES
Everyone must adhere to the following new rules when we gather:

  • Everyone will be temperature checked while you are in your car. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not be able to participate in that event. Anyone feeling ill should also stay home.
  • You will also have to sign-in on our event log, providing us your child’s name and contact info for you- telephone and email address in the event we would need contact you if we were notified of any cases of COVID-19 from our participants.
  • We will be doing our best to maintain social distancing of 6 feet during our events. Immediate family groups would be permitted to sit in closer proximity to one another.
  • We will have hand sanitizer stations available as well as gloves and masks for those who would want or need them.
  • Masks are optional for events held outdoors, however, any event indoors would require the wearing of a mask.
  • Any food that would be served during an event would be either individually packaged items (bottled water, bagged cookies, chips, etc.) or if pizza was ordered, it would be served by one of our volunteers wearing masks and gloves who would be distributing the pizza to the students. They would not be permitted to just reach in and grab a slice of pizza. Individual s’mores kits would be provided with disposable sticks for example.
  • For any games we would play that would require students catching or hitting balls or passing items to each other (egg toss) we would require them to wear gloves in order to participate.
  • Stay tuned to our Facebook page in case of inclement weather.
All students are invited to experience living out our motto as
YOUR LIFE is YOUR MISSION! Friends always welcome!
