Promising Reviews for Telehealth

Riverside recently surveyed over 800 clients and clinicians in our five Outpatient Centers to evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth on behavioral health services. In March 2020, Riverside had to urgently move nearly all outpatient care to telehealth due to the pandemic. A remarkable 91% of respondents reported they felt comfortable communicating with their clinician via telehealth and 92% said their needs were being met. Riverside IT Teams To Be Recognized

We congratulate the Riverside Community Care Information Technology Help Desk & Network Support Teams, named winners of the Excellence in Administration and Finance Award by the Association for Behavioral Healthcare! The award will be presented at the virtual Salute to Excellence on Friday, October 16. These two teams were integral in supporting employees as Riverside quickly pivoted to telehealth for nearly all programs in March.
