What's for Lunch?

Reminders

Good afternoon Riverside Families,

The School District of Menomonee Falls is now partnering with NextPath Education to communicate student information to families. We are currently asking parents of all students to activate their NextPath Guardian Account.

As this is our first full year of using NextPath as a district, information continues to be loaded into the portal. Some students may not have information in their account at this time. As students participate in district and state assessments (aimswebPlus, MAP, etc.) new information will be added. Students in grades 5K-3 who have already participated in Fall aimswebPlus testing have their results in NextPath.

We have attached the initial information you need to access your account. In order to do so, you will need to know the email address you have shared with the school district. You can activate your account using the QR code on the flyer below or connect to nextpath.app in your browser.

Q: How do I log on?

A: We have a Step by step on how to access Next Path parent portall.

Please reach out if you have any questions.

Respectfully,

Scott Walter

A Piece of the PIE

Thank you to all the families who went to Chick-fil-A on Tuesday for our restaurant partner night! It's really fun seeing a child's reaction when they encounter a friend outside of school. Don't forget that our one and only giving campaign of the year, our Fun Run fundraiser, is

officially underway! More information provided below and information for

parents wanting to spectate coming soon!

Be sure to check out our upcoming events, open positions, and other ways to get involved. Please reach out to us at BFRSPIE@gmail.com if you'd like to learn more!

Update on our Fun Run Fundraiser:

  • We’re already 19% to our $10,000 school wide goal! Let’s go, Riverside Rockets!! 🚀
  •  Our Fun Run & Health Fair fundraiser runs through October 9. Let’s keep it going, Riverside!
  • Where Will the Money Go? This year, funds raised will go directly toward improvements that benefit our Riverside students. Our goal is to repair the rock wall on the playground, add a new water bottle filling station in the 3rd-grade hallway, and purchase new Chromebook charging stations. Every donation helps us get closer to making these improvements a reality!
  • Fun Prizes & Classroom Incentives - There are plenty of fun prizes along the way! Students receive sensory stickers just for registering and can earn zipper bracelets, pedometer bracelets, erasable doodle boards, and portable wireless mini speakers as they reach fundraising milestones. Classes can earn rewards, too! Classrooms that reach 50% registration earn a Pajama & Stuffie Party, classrooms that reach their fundraising goal earn a Board Game & Puzzle Party, and the top-earning class in each grade gets extra recess with popsicles!

To ensure that all adults who come in contact with your children are safe to do so, we run background checks on all volunteers. You can apply today to be a volunteer at the link below. Please note that it does take 48-96 hours for the process, so if you want to volunteer, apply early.
