Road Closure - Eastbound I-10, Right Lane 

(Exit 25 - U.S-90 Overpass) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced an extension of the right lane closure of Eastbound I-10 from Exit 25 to the U.S-90 overpass, nightly, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. to September 24, 2026 

Work will be conducted weather permitting. 

The closure is necessary for temporary widening of roadway & Temporary Barrier Rail Installation 

Safety reminder:

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
