Along with the beautiful, serene surroundings, and rental agreement financial model, Richfield will become a more attractive and financially-sound option for seniors looking to transition to retirement community living.

Their Town Center plans call for an open-concept building to allow maximum flexibility of space usage. The Town Center will feature an atrium and a patio overlooking the front lake. A Chapel and large multi-purpose space will incorporate versatile community meeting spaces. A dining room, with an open design, will allow for multiple configurations to accommodate meals, activities and events. New Marketing Campaign for the Virginia's Blue Ridge

Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge New Ad Campaign touts
Mountains of Possibilities for Visitors to Experience

Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge (VBR) unveiled a new place marketing campaign, " Be A #Trailsetter" investing over $1 million to attract more visitors to the region. The campaign showcases the mountains of possibilities that visitors and locals alike will discover in Virginia's Blue Ridge, described as a metro-mountain vacation destination. The focus of the marketing campaign is a direct result of Virginia's Blue Ridge recent designation as a Silver-Level Ride Center by the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), which elevated the region's recognition to stake our claim as America's East Coast Mountain Biking Capital. It was clear from last year's annual meeting speaker Andrew Davis, author of
Town Inc., we needed to stake our claim.

Throughout the campaign, Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge will welcome visitors and locals to hike, pedal, paddle and taste their way through a metro-mountain adventure in America's East Coast Mountain Biking Capital. The stunning visual imagery of the campaign will inspire visitors to Be A #Trailsetter.

To illustrate this, a landing page has been created to provide an overview of the campaign including a two minute "attention grabbing" video ( www.BeATrailsetter.com). "We're encouraging everyone to connect with the arts and outdoors, to go beyond the norm, and engage more freely with the entire destination," said Landon Howard, President of Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge. "In fact we are asking the community to leverage the campaign for their own businesses using the resources provided at this webpage."
