Robin Hood Camp - Maine

Fall 2026 Edition

Campers never tired of hitting the water on Boston Whaler rides!

Message from Director Rick Littlefield

When I think of Robin Hood 2026, I think of going seal watching with hundreds of campers on the Boston Whaler being begged to go faster and listening to campers spontaneously singing camp songs while aboard the TanJamCamAlee. I think of Arpan playing ping pong with every camper who wanted to play with him... despite being the busiest person in camp. I think of seeing enthusiastic and energetic camper talent show participants taking the risk to perform publicly and joyfully. I think of the incredibly thoughtful morning roundup devotionals sharing heartfelt personal stories.

Most of all, I love watching groups of strangers becoming extended family members and creating close lifetime friendships in a remarkably short time. I think of the magic Robin Hood becomes at its best.

100 years is worth celebrating, and I encourage you to make the pilgrimage to the Robin Hood Anniversary Celebration Saturday, August 14, or make an appearance at a reunion this winter.

Wishing you the best this Fall! -Rick Littlefield

Rick Littlefield is coming your way in 2026 & 27!

Rick Littlefield is on the road again on another world tour! He is looking to reconnect with the universe of Robin Hooders, conduct new camper interviews in person, and see old alumni friends. If you’d like to see Rick in your city or introduce friend or family to Robin Hood Camp, please let our office know by emailing robinhood@robinhoodcamp.com. We hope to hear from you, and better yet, set a meeting!

Bagaduce Challenge made history again in 2027!

For the third year in a row, an incredible group of campers and staff shattered the Bagaduce River Canoe Challenge course record in 6 hours 7 minutes 14 seconds!

This record will most likely stick. As Trips Director Miguel Ortiz put it, “This one is going to be hard to break!”

The Bagaduce Challenge is no easy feat, combining the unique and demanding challenges of outlet-stream and ocean paddling. To conquer the course is an accomplishment in itself—and to set a new record something truly special.

Congratulations to campers: Carly Anderson, Fiona Cisneros, Pablo Escallon, Leila Green, James Henry, Alex Henry, Shahar Lipshitz, Gray O'Connor, Theo Richardson, Parker Sachs, Juan Siman, and Tennessee Tuttle
