FUN at BOOSTING BEST Fundraiser
WOW!! Thank you to the 88 guests at our fundraiser and our generous donors who provided over 170 silent auction items + 40 cash & carry items $10 and under for tremendous savings.
With this outstanding support, Rocky Mountain BEST Hub and Front Range BEST Hub
received a $13.5K financial BOOST to provide a FREE robotics competition to local schools in 2017!
Chef Greg Boynton and his team provided delicious food and a fabulous creme brulee demonstration to end the evening.

Twelve Colorado hub volunteers learned about this year's game at the Prototype Kickoff Weekend in Kansas City. We LOVE the CROSSFIRE game. Note the early view of the brand new BEST Robotics, Inc. logo! We think it's very cool.
2017 SCHOOLS
We are again raising funds for 29 Schools to be able to participate in 2017.
We are thrilled to be able to again host schools from the Denver metro area and around Colorado. We are now signing up teachers and mentors and have room for 1 more school plus we will have a Wait List.

April and May Colorado BEST STEM Outreach Events
Dream Big Eads: April 27
Inspire students for science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math and to dream BIG about the infinite opportunities they have for careers and to improve the world for all.

Dream Big Eads was held on Thursday, April 27 at Eads High S
chool. Approximately 250 students (grades 7 - 12) from Eads and surrounding areas participated. At 4 sessions with 150 attendees,
David Dominguez, the hub director from SoCo BEST @TrinidadState demonstrated their BEST Bet the Farm robot and let students drive it. The
Pueblo SWAT team also brought their robot to those exciting sessions.
BEST at Mad Science Day at Elitch Gardens: May 19
 Elitch Gardens has
Educational Events in May that turn the park into the most fun learning lab in town with all your favorite theme park rides included.
Front Range BEST and Rocky Mountain BEST volunteers are participating at the Friday, May 19 Mad Science Day. Students will be able to drive robots built by BEST teams, and teacher and student information regarding BEST will be provided.
