COMMUNITY NEWS

Coats for Kids

Our friends at Recology are collecting donations for Coats for Kids to bring warmth to the hearts, minds and bodies of children in need. If you would like to donate new or gently used coats of any size, there are two ways to do so.

Curbside pickup for residential customers will take place during the week of November 4-8, during regular recycling pick up. Just place the coats in a clear plastic bag labeled "Coats for Kids." Bags should be placed next to or on top of the blue recycling cart for drivers to pick up.

Additionally, the Downtown Library will accept donations from Coats for Kids from November 4-15. Please bring your donation inside the library and place it in the Coats for Kids donation box.
