Acclaimed singer-songwriter Smokey Robinson’s career spans over four decades of hits. He has received numerous awards, including the GRAMMY Living Legend Award, NARAS Lifetime Achievement Award, Honorary Doctorate (Howard University), Kennedy Center Honors, and the National Medal of Arts Award from the President of the United States. He has also been inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters’ Hall of Fame.

Take advantage of our wristband system for the first shows at two of our busiest Club Pass venues, Kilbourn Hall and Max of Eastman Place. Line up at 4 p.m. on the days of shows outside Kilbourn or Max to get a color-coded wristband specifying a return time to see the show. You must be present and in line to get a wristband. Come back at your assigned time and enjoy the show!

About the Rochester International Jazz Festival
The Rochester International Jazz Festival, in partnership with Rochester Regional Health, is one of the world’s leading jazz festivals. Since 2002, the nine-day, multi-dimensional festival has been held annually in downtown Rochester, NY, drawing over 200,000 people to 285+ shows and 18 venues. The festival navigates all genres of creative improvised music from around the world, presenting more than 1,750 legendary performers, familiar favorites, and new discoveries. RIJF is produced by RIJF, LLC, a privately held company owned by Marc Iacona and John Nugent. Nugent, Producer/Artistic Director, is a noted tenor sax player who has traveled the world with many jazz artists, including Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney, the Woody Herman Orchestra, and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra. Marc Iacona, Producer/Executive Director, is a Rochester native and President of Simcona Electronics. A business and community leader, he is an avid trumpeter and supporter of the arts.
