During the conference, APWA will be Rocking the Block in downtown Roanoke with public service projects! Let’s show our host city what public works is all about. APWA members will donate services for several beautification events like repairing pot holes and sidewalks, planting trees and a doing a litter pick up.
Volunteer opportunities are available for the litter pick up and tree planting. Let us know by April 15 if you want to help Rock the Block! All materials and supplies will be provided, just wear comfortable clothing and sensible shoes. All projects will be withing walking distance of the Hotel Roanoke.
