It contains all of the event information you will need to be ready for race day. If your friends have not registered yet, tell them to HURRY because there are 20 spots left! BEST RACE SIGN CONTEST
We are looking forward to having a ton of spectators at the race. Please bring out your signs and cheer on the runners! The awards crowd will select the top three signs and winners will receive Steelman Racing swag.

The best way to see the race, cheer on your friends, and get cool Steelman Racing Swag, is to volunteer at the Rock the Nock Run Festival.

Free Race Photo - All runners will receive a FREE Rock the Nock Medal Picture for participating in the event. Additional course and finish line pictures will be available for purchase after the race.

The FIRST race in the Steelman Open Water Swim Series is the Nockamixon Swim Challenge. This race will push swimmers to their limits on an exciting and challenging course in the superb waters of Lake Nockamixon State Park.

The Steelman Racing Triathlon is Pennsylvania's largest race for age group and high school athletes. This triathlon has a beautiful swim, a CLOSED BIKE COURSE, and a shaded, paved run course. The Steelman Racing Triathlon is the perfect race for new and veteran triathletes!
