Rocket Report

Vol. 4, No. 13, November 6th
Words with Wilson
As the number of positive COVID cases in our state continues to rise, I want to reassure you that we are continuing to work hard to keep our school a safe environment. We are continually reviewing protocols with our students and staff, and they are all working together to keep each other healthy. A big thank you to all of our parents who are doing a great job of keeping your children home when they are not feeling well.

Please continue to reinforce social distancing and good handwashing with your kiddos. We will continue to do the same at school. If a member of your household gets tested for COVID, all members of the household should quarantine until the results are back.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for the support that you have shown our staff through this incredibly different school year. This community is one special place and I am always proud to be a Rocket!

Have a great weekend!
St. Roch Day of Thanks & Giving
This year continues to provide many new challenges for us. Normally, we would be holding our annual Reverse Raffle and Auction. This is one of St. Roch’s main fundraisers for the year. This year we will be having the “St. Roch Day of Thanks and Giving.” More details will be out soon about the specifics of the event. We will still be creating baskets for this event.

We really need everyone’s participation to make the baskets a huge success. Any monetary donations would be greatly appreciated (check should be made payable to “St. Roch”). The donations can be forwarded to the student’s teacher and we are hoping to have all donations in by Friday, November 14th. We would also gladly accept gift card donations. There is no set amount to give, just whatever you can afford at this time.

If you wish to donate online, please use the link below.

PS - Are you or someone you know interested in doing even more to ensure the success of this event? We have some very exciting sponsorship opportunities available. Please reach out to Tina Hayes at hayes6850@yahoo.com for a list of our sponsorship levels and the many benefits associated with being part of this inaugural event. Together - we will raise $50,000 for Saint Roch!
