Wow! What a great start to the 2019-2020 school year.  I spend a lot of time in an empty building in the summer, and it feels fantastic to have the halls alive again with our students.  There is an energy that is indescribable, and we have hit the ground running.

Thank you so much for your patience with drop-off, pick-up, and the slow roll out of our FACTS program.  Everything has gone very smoothly, and we appreciate your help and your positive feedback.

A couple of important pieces of information:

With our new communication system through FACTS, it is imperative that our families have the correct mailing address, email, and cell phone numbers in our new system. If there have been no changes to your contact information since spring registration, there is nothing you need to do. If however, you have had changes to contact information, then please send an email to the school office ( ). We need to update this in our Student Information System. 

This is the program we will use for school-wide communication, which will include texts. (Please note that the texting will be read only, no replies will be received.) Also, some people did not receive the email yesterday because it was going to their Spam folder, make sure you are receiving these. 

In regard to Before & Aftercare, there will not be a paper registration form this year. All students in our school are eligible to attend. The one time registration fee of $20 will be applied to your first bill with Before/Aftercare. Starting next Friday, we plan to send out invoices each week. They will come through the FACTS system.

Again, thank you all for bearing with us during our transition. We know this system will be a wonderful tool for our school - in so many areas!

Girls Basketball
Registration and Tryouts
Girls' Basketball will have an earlier start this season because CYO has decided not to schedule games over Fall Break. Due to this, we will only have one tryout.

Saturday, August 17th
  • 4th Grade - 9am - 10:30am
  • 56 - 11am - 12:30pm
  • Cadet 1pm - 2:30pm

You will need to have your athletes new physical turned in, have them registered through the CYO website and fees paid no later Friday, August 16th . Fees for Girls' Basketball will be $75. In the comment section of registration, please add your athlete's size for uniforms.
Mission Wednesday
Mission Wednesday helps to support our sister school St. Maria Goretti in Baie - de - Henne, Haiti. We ask for each student to bring in one quarter every Wednesday. If every student brings in one quarter a week we can feed lunch to all of the students at St. Maria Goretti. We will begin Mission Wednesday this coming Wednesday on August 14th.
Free/ Reduced Lunch Application
You may apply for Free/Reduced Lunches at anytime during the school year. If you qualify you will be notified and the free/reduced pricing will take effect on the day your application is approved. We can not back date any lunches that were purchased previous to your qualifying date.

If a student was on Free/Reduced lunch at the end of the 2018-2019 school year they will continue to stay on until September 9, 2019. You must re apply before this date in order to continue the free/reduced program for the 2019-2020 school year.

High School CYO
Teen Night
ALL CYO HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH including those going into their freshmen year are invited to come and help with this year's TEEN NIGHT on Thursday Aug 15th at 7:00 in the gym. You will receive service hours for this event. 

Mr G and Bola hope to see you at this event.
