A couple of important pieces of information:
With our new communication system through FACTS, it is imperative that our families have the correct mailing address, email, and cell phone numbers in our new system. If there have been no changes to your contact information since spring registration, there is nothing you need to do. If however, you have had changes to contact information, then please send an email to the school office (
). We need to update this in our Student Information System.
This is the program we will use for school-wide communication, which will include texts. (Please note that the texting will be read only, no replies will be received.) Also, some people did not receive the email yesterday because it was going to their Spam folder, make sure you are receiving these.
In regard to Before & Aftercare, there will not be a paper registration form this year. All students in our school are eligible to attend. The one time registration fee of $20 will be applied to your first bill with Before/Aftercare. Starting next Friday, we plan to send out invoices each week. They will come through the FACTS system.
Again, thank you all for bearing with us during our transition. We know this system will be a wonderful tool for our school - in so many areas!
