ALL USTA PROGRAMS SUPSPENDED
We are a USTA Community Tennis Association and one star National Junior Tennis.& Learning chapter supported by the USTA Foundation. We have suspended Try Tennis programs, after school Kids Tennis Clubs, and our summer NJTL outreach program at this time.

Our RCTA 5th Birthday party has been rescheduled to August 30 during the RCS Girls Tennis Tournament.

We’ll also be soon adding tennis-themed educational content from the USTA Foundation's Academic Creative Engagement (A.C.E.) Curriculum to make sure the learning, and the fun, doesn’t have to stop.

JORGE CAPESTANY
Jorge Capestany has opened access to his treasure trove of tennis drills and instruction videos for coaches and tennis parents for free until March 31.

J orge is one of only eleven people worldwide that has earned the distinction of Master Professional with the USPTA and International Master Professional with the PTR. 
PUBLIC TENNIS COURTS ARE OPEN
Use your best judgement but tennis is a naturally physical distancing sport. These Rockingham County public tennis courts are open for play:
Bridge Street Recreation Center in Eden
Jaycee Park in Reidsville
Rockingham Community College in Wentworth
Carlyle Lewis Tennis courts in Madison

Deep Springs Country Club in Stoneville ($3 guest fee)

Courts on RCS school campuses and at both YMCA facilities are closed.
NJTL COORDINATOR JOB OPENING

100 hours/$2000 position
We have an opening for a part-time Program Coordinator position for our summer youth tennis outreach program.  The NJTL Program Coordinator will be responsible for the 6-week youth tennis program, coordinating the schedule with our community summer day camp partners.
