It is hard to believe we are starting the second half of 2017 but I am
pleased to say that in the first six months of 2017 we are having a great year currently building two homes with a third home to start in 4-6 weeks and a fourth in July. Also the renovation side of the business is strong with us currently working on several large projects each totaling over 6-figures.
We are currently building a gorgeous ocean front, single level home in Playa Paloma which is about 40 miles east of Puerto Peñasco. This home features a modern design with three bedrooms, three baths, large open concept living, dining and modern kitchen two car garage and
massive ocean-front patio where they will most likely be spending most of their time. A unique
aspect of the project is the client came to us with a specific budget and some ideas and we designed their dream home around their budget. This was a great way to
start the design process and allowed us to deliver exactly what they wanted for the price they wanted to pay. You can follow the building of this home on our Facebook page at

The second home we are building is located by the Quinta Ventura Reception Hall near the high school. This is also a single level home with approximately
3,000 sq ft. of livable space. It will feature a modern exterior with modern finishes on the inside. It will boast four bedrooms, three bathrooms, with large kitchen, living room and gourmet kitchen.
We are excited to break ground on a large ocean front home in Las Conchas in Section 5 the next 4-6 weeks. This will be a ocean front mansion complete with 6,000 sq ft of livable and
ov
er 10,000 sq ft of total construction. It features 5 bedrooms, 7 bath
rooms, two laundry rooms, a maid's apartment, outdoor party area complete with kitchen, Jacuzzi, and entertainment area. Once we break ground, It will be the largest project currently being built in Las Conchas.
Finally we are excited to get started on our fourth home of the year which will also be a beachfront property in Las Conchas in section 9A. This gorgeous 2-story him will boast 3,481 livable sq ft with the total project to be 6,549 sq ft
of construction. The home will have two kitchens,
four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a two-story pool with entry from second floor patio, lots of outdoor living space and more.
