We just picked up a handful more of our large format Grand Cru Roland Champion Champagnes. Perfect for weddings or family reunions where lots of bubbles are needed!

I enjoy these wines on release, but they are capable of taking on many years in the cellar. Just a matter of preference, drink it young for the bright and crisp acidity or give it some bottle age to mellow and build nut flavors and a touch of cream on the finish.
 
 MAGNUM: Roland Champion Champagne Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru 2012
Produced from old vines in the Grand Cru vineyards of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, this is a beautifully crisp, ripe wine, showing taut fruit and fine, stylish acidity. As a Special Club bottling, it adheres to stringent qualitative guidelines set out by an elite group of growers. Still young, it will be best from 2019.
