MEXICO #280
DESERT BIGHORN SHEEP PLUS SONORAN MULE DEER!

For most of us, a desert sheep hunt represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and if you cannot draw a tag in the American southwest, a guided hunt in Mexico may be the only way to experience this hunt. Conducted on numerous large ranches spanning more than 80,000 acres, this outfitter, a long-time partner with Hunt Nation, offers one of the best free-range options with 100% opportunity (up to three missed shots). Dates are flexible so clients can fly to Tucson for pickup after a good ram has been found. Rams average in the 160-170 range, with a few exceptional trophies taken each year, including the ram above from earlier this season.
Mule deer hunters will enjoy an average size 170"+, with realistic potential of 190-200"+ bucks if luck and patience pay off, and it is no surprise this destination has one of our highest return rates of any hunt that we offer. Hunt Nation has personally hunted here many times, and the owners/operators are some of the best people you can find south of the border.

NEW MEXICO #348
EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE RANCH FOR LEASE

Up to Two Vouchers for Elk and Pronghorn Included!
Unique opportunity!! Lease a prime and extremely private New Mexico ranch for almost a full year. This ranch is totally surrounded by over 100,000 acres of other private land- with extremely limited public access! This is an exclusive Hunt Nation opportunity for ONLY one or two hunters! You can only get this deal from Hunt Nation! You do all your own scouting and hunting, and do it when you want to and as often as you want to when coordinated with the landowner. The ranch allows you 8 miles of access on the Canadian river. Your lease gives you access from now through May 15, 2024 which is the end of spring turkey season; and you will have the first right of refusal for future years and possibly a multiple year arrangement. It includes up to 2 private land elk vouchers (assuming two persons lease the ranch). It also gives you up to 2 Antelope tags (with 2 lessees); plus, you can purchase mule deer tags over the counter as well. And for even more hunting this ranch has wild and free ranging Aoudad Sheep. This area around the Canadian River and its cliffs was one of the first areas to have this awesome sheep specie added -- nearly 80 years ago! Tags are over the counter. Now for more excitement you can hunt Spring and Fall turkey on the ranch; hunt black bear; hunt mountain lion; hunt scaled quail; and hunt bobcats and coyotes by calling or spotting!! Nearly 10 full months of hunting with coordination by the landowner for 7 coveted species!
You can bring along a recreational vehicle or trailer and leave it parked for the duration of the lease! Bring your ATV’s, side by sides etc. You can bring family and friends to just relax and recreate as well. But only the lessees are allowed to hunt. Maybe do some shed antler hunting too. Hike, explore, ride, bike, walk the river, do photography- whatever you want as often as you want. There is a town about 30 minutes away, so you can opt to stay in a motel or eat meals there.
We envision the lessee doing extensive scouting for as many months as desired. Set out trail cams in accordance with New Mexico Fish and Game rules and check out the trophy animals visiting the area. The owner’s smallest bull was a 330” and he has had 100% success on bulls! The private landowner tags are good from September through the end of December, but once you pull the landowner Elk tag, you get 5 days of hunting and with the antelope tag 3 days. So rut archery or rifle hunting is very doable. And should you see a nice Aoudad while elk hunting- fire away! (Assuming you bought the tag!) And let us say while scouting, you see a huge bull elk. Assuming the season is open, just get on the internet and use the landowner authorization to buy your 5-day tag, then go get that trophy! The flexibility of being able to purchase tags this way is a huge benefit to maximize your hunting time. Archery hunters, this tag is valid for 24 days. September 1-24.
This is a once in a life time opportunity for one or possibly two hunters to have exclusive access for nearly one year to this 3,200-acre ranch in Northeast New Mexico. If this offering is sold to one hunter there is an option to bring an additional hunting friend on a piece meal option for the various species. It is in GMU 47 where there is almost no accessible public ground. Closest airports would be Denver and Amarillo. Around 3 and 2 hours respectively. Accommodations would be available in Springer, NM or it’s possible to stay directly on the ranch in a tent camp or RV if you want to bring one there.

The reserve bid on this package will be $36,000 for one person and $60,000 for two clients.
OR: Buy it outright now for $50,000 and $80,000 respectively. We don’t know of anywhere else where you will find an opportunity like this. Bids will be accepted until July 15, 2023.
