As we close out the year, we’re taking a moment to celebrate a remarkable career and a truly meaningful chapter in Pacific Landscape Management’s history.
After beginning his green industry career working in a wholesale nursery, Ron Knesal joined Northwest Landscape Industries in 1988, where he was hired by Bob Grover. Just two years later, Elias Godinez joined NLI, and the three of them have worked alongside one another for much of the past 35 years—a rare and special achievement in today’s world.
This year, Ron has elected to retire in order to support his wife, Teresa, as she continues to grow her craft and apparel business. While we will miss Ron greatly, we’re excited for this next season of life and the new opportunities ahead for both Ron and Teresa.
Ron’s dedication, knowledge, and steady leadership have left a lasting impact on Pacific Landscape Management, our customers, and the broader Oregon landscape industry. His commitment to quality and professionalism helped shape who we are as a company today—and his presence has been felt in countless projects, relationships, and successes over the years.
We also want to acknowledge the extraordinary partnership shared between Ron, Bob, and Elias. Few people have the opportunity to work together for as long as they have, and all three feel deeply blessed by the decades of collaboration, friendship, and shared purpose.
